Service Contracts

WST offers services contracts to all customers in order to help keep maintenance and repair costs down. Customers have saved up to 80% in maintenance costs simply by having WST service their machines.

Instead of ordering new parts or repairs every time your machine is down, a service contract enables the customer to receive replacement parts sent within 24 hours of reported problem. Once the new part is installed, the customer sends the old part back to WST for diagnostic, repair or disposal.

Service contracts also include semiannual preventive maintenance work on all machines replacing worn parts, resurfacing platens, greasing and lubing moving parts and checking all lines, hoses and valves.

Wafer Prober Upgrades
